Terms and Conditions — Alone DT 5 Platform Rules

1Introduction

Welcome to Alone DT 5. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and the Alone DT 5 platform ("we", "us", "the Platform") operated at alonedt5.org. These Terms apply to all use of the Alone DT 5 website, mobile app and any service provided through either.

Alone DT 5 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, live casino, and bingo — all operated in PKR and designed primarily for players in Pakistan. The Platform is intended for personal entertainment only and is strictly for adults aged 18 and above.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and Alone DT 5. Where there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the Alone DT 5 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of age at any point and will suspend or close accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
• You must be registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of another person.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. This includes your real name, date of birth, CNIC number and valid contact details. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an active Alone DT 5 account. Each person is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds within them may be forfeited.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or any other gaming service where such exclusion would apply to Alone DT 5.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is permitted in your location.

Alone DT 5 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee approval — accounts may be subject to verification checks before full access is granted.

3Account Responsibilities

Once your account is registered, you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — whether or not you authorised the specific action in question.

• You must keep your login password, session PIN and any other security credentials confidential at all times. Do not share them with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account, including family members or friends. Accounts are strictly personal.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact support immediately via the in-platform live chat.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details held on your account are current and accurate. Withdrawal confirmations and security notifications are sent to your registered contact details.
• You must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose — accounts are for personal entertainment only.
• You must not attempt to access another player's account under any circumstances.

Alone DT 5 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials, or where the player shared their credentials with another person voluntarily.

4Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the Alone DT 5 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. Additional mobile wallet options may be available and will be displayed at the time of deposit.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied — the amount you send is the amount credited.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically complete within two minutes. Bank transfer timings depend on the sending bank and may take longer during non-business hours.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation.
• Alone DT 5 does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal activity. Any such funds identified will be reported as required and the associated account closed.
• Deposit fees, if any, are displayed before you confirm the transaction. Alone DT 5 does not apply hidden charges to deposits.

If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting support — chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The Platform aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Deposit & Withdrawal page. For fully verified accounts, withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically completed the same day.

• You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. This includes confirming your name, CNIC and payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the payments team. Requests received during peak hours may take slightly longer to process.
• Only real-money funds — funds that have completed all applicable wagering requirements — are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not met wagering conditions cannot be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of request and vary by method.
• Alone DT 5 reserves the right to carry out additional security and identity checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts held in your own name. Requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.

If a withdrawal is declined, you will be notified through your account or via the contact details registered to your account. In most cases the reason will be provided. If you believe a withdrawal has been incorrectly declined, contact support via live chat with the relevant transaction reference.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Alone DT 5 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, PSL season offers and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be bet before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts or different payment methods will result in all bonus funds being voided and the accounts being reviewed.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds not used within the validity period will be removed from the account without notice.
• Alone DT 5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already credited and partially wagered will be treated on a case-by-case basis in good faith.
• Using bets on opposite outcomes — whether through a single account or in coordination across multiple accounts — to artificially complete wagering requirements is considered bonus abuse and will result in all associated bonus funds being voided.
• Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Alone DT 5 retains the right to request proof of identity and payment before releasing bonus-derived winnings for withdrawal.

7Sports Betting Rules

The Alone DT 5 sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, football, esports and other sports as listed within the platform. Both pre-match and live in-play betting markets are available for supported events.

• All bets are accepted in PKR. The minimum and maximum stake amounts for each market are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of submission. The Platform reserves the right to suspend any in-play market at any time, including mid-over in cricket markets, due to match events or data feed requirements.
• If a sports event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules displayed within the platform. Generally, for cricket, a match must reach a minimum number of overs for bets to stand — the specific threshold is stated per event.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds have been published at a clearly incorrect level due to a technical issue — Alone DT 5 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and re-settle them at the correct price, or offer a full refund of the stake.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are detailed within the platform. Winnings above these limits may be capped at the stated maximum payout.
• The final result used to settle bets is the official result as recognised by the relevant cricket board, football federation or esports governing body. Any subsequent changes to an official result after initial settlement will be reflected in bet settlement at Alone DT 5's discretion.

8Casino & Bingo

The Alone DT 5 casino includes slots, table games, live dealer games and video poker. The bingo section includes 90-ball, 75-ball, Speed Bingo and jackpot rooms. All games are played using your PKR account balance.

• All casino and bingo games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real dealing by live dealers filmed in real time. The games are provided by reputable third-party game studios and the integrity of each game is governed by the studio's own certification.
• Game results are final once the outcome has been determined and displayed. Alone DT 5 cannot reverse or alter individual game outcomes after they have been settled.
• In the rare event of a technical disconnection during a live casino or bingo game session, the game will be settled according to the game's technical specifications. Where a session cannot be recovered, the bet amount will be returned to your account balance.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are approximate real-time figures. The exact jackpot amount at the time of a win is the binding figure — minor display discrepancies due to update timing are not grounds for a dispute.
• Bingo chat rooms are moderated. Players must conduct themselves respectfully. Use of offensive language, harassment of other players, or attempts to collude in bingo rooms will result in removal from the room and possible account suspension.

9Responsible Gaming

10Security & Fraud Prevention

• You must not use the Platform in a way that disrupts, damages or impairs the service for other players or for the platform itself.
• The use of automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
• Chip-dumping, match-fixing, and any form of collusion between players — whether in poker, bingo chat rooms or any other multi-player format — is prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• If Alone DT 5 identifies activity that appears to constitute fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system, the account will be suspended pending investigation. Funds may be withheld during an active investigation.
• Players must not attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error may be voided.
• Alone DT 5 complies with applicable obligations regarding suspicious transaction monitoring. Where required, transaction data may be reported to relevant authorities.

11Account Closure & Termination

You may request the closure of your Alone DT 5 account at any time by contacting the support team through in-platform live chat. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements are met.

• Bonus funds remaining at the time of a voluntary closure request will be forfeited unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Alone DT 5 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, including where: the player has breached these Terms; fraudulent activity is identified; the account has been inactive for an extended period; or verification requirements have not been satisfied within the specified timeframe.
• Where an account is closed by the Platform due to a Terms breach, any balance within the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• Where an account is closed due to inactivity, the player will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to withdraw their real-money balance before the account is closed.
• Following account closure, you may not register a new account unless expressly permitted to do so by the support team. Re-registration without permission is a breach of these Terms.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, Alone DT 5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure outside our control; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; interruption of service due to maintenance, infrastructure failure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times.
• Alone DT 5 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device compatibility problems, or third-party network failures that affect your ability to access the Platform or complete a bet or game session.
• Our liability to you in connection with any individual event or series of related events is limited to the value of the funds held in your account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13Changes to These Terms

Alone DT 5 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in how the Platform operates, improvements to our services, changes in payment methods, or other operational requirements. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Where a change is significant — for example a change to withdrawal processing times, bonus wagering conditions, or account verification requirements — we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players through the Platform's notification system or via registered contact details before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Alone DT 5 platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any real-money balance and closure of your account.
